• Account data: email, name, authentication credentials.
• Project content: documents you upload and the entities, gaps, and outputs we generate from them.
• Usage data: pages viewed, features used, error logs. Used for product reliability only.
• Billing data: handled by Stripe — we never store full card details.

• To run the analysis and reports you request.
• To provide account management and support.
• To improve product reliability and detect abuse.
• We do not use your documents or project data to train AI models — ours or any third party's.

Documents are processed by Anthropic and OpenAI under enterprise API terms. Content is not retained for training by either provider. Document text is sent only to fulfill your analysis request.

Project content is scoped to your account and is never shared between users or with third parties for marketing, analytics, or model training. Aggregate, fully de-identified product metrics may be used internally to improve the service.

• Correction — update inaccurate account information.
• Deletion — remove individual projects or your entire account.
• Portability — export to a structured format you can move elsewhere.

You can export or delete your data at any time from your account data page.

We use session cookies for authentication only. No advertising cookies, no cross-site tracking, no ad networks.
