Terms of Service

You retain full ownership of every document you upload and every output generated from it. You grant RequirementsHub a limited, non-exclusive license to process your documents solely to provide the analysis service to you. This license terminates when you delete the project or your account.

We do not use your documents to train AI models, develop derivative products, or share with other customers.

Project X-Ray (one-time): Charges are non-refundable once the report has been generated. If the analysis fails to complete due to a fault on our side, contact support for a refund.

RequirementsHub Pro (subscription): Billed monthly or annually. Cancellable at any time from your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no pro-rata refunds.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full card details.

You agree not to:

• Upload illegal content or content you do not have the right to process.
• Upload material you know to be malicious (malware, exploits).
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the underlying models, prompts, or proprietary logic of the service.
• Resell, sublicense, or repackage the service or its outputs as a competing product.
• Use the service to harass, defame, or harm any individual or organization.

RequirementsHub is provided on an "as is" basis. We work to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated when possible.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RequirementsHub's total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim. Outputs are decision-support, not legal or contractual advice — professional judgment remains with you.

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be communicated by email at least 14 days before they take effect.
